Principal duties include but are not limited to: Answering customer calls, processing orders received by phone, fax, the web or counter sales; assist vendors, manufacturers and other distributors with product information; ensure all relationships with existing and potential customers are maintained by anticipating customer needs and resolving concerns; and maintaining open and consistent communications with customers, employees, and vendors via verbal and electronic methods.

- The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment, must possess the ability to learn new software and procedures quickly.
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience; the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; pleasant phone manner; proficient computer skills; very strong oral and written communications skills. Prior sales experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of pool and/or spa industry is a plus but not required.

The Operations Manager will lead and direct in the achievement of key goals in the area of order processing and delivery, quality assurance management, inventory management, cost management, process layouts, process improvements and employee training and development. In addition, the Ops Manager will work with functional leaders within the company to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, ensure the facility is in compliance with federal/state/local ordinances, laws and regulations, assists with staffing including hiring, training, development, performance evaluations, ensure safety is a strong part of the culture and environment within the facility at all times, Must be able to communicate clearly and rationally, maximize time usage using outstanding organizational skills.

Job Duties are to prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick up according to schedule; receive and process warehouse stock products; perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high; complete diary logs; and operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
Both full-time permanent and seasonal positions are available. These positions require the ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. Overtime may be available in peak months.

Job Duties are to manage the warehouse ensuring the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods. The ability to ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities. Responsible for all paperwork related to shipping and receiving and to coordinate delivery of product arriving to warehouse and shipments going out. May assist in more complex orders and operate forklift, pallet jack, or hand truck. Promotes and adheres to all safety initiatives, policies, and procedures for all warehouse employees. Leads and directs the work of all warehouse personnel, shipping clerk(s), Counter Customer Service Rep, and Drivers. Submit any inventory discrepancies to Branch Manager as well as other responsibilities and/or tasks on an as-needed basis.
